If you’ve been to the Music Camp before, you know there’s no need for a map.  It’s easy to get around and visit with all your friends, watch the music and hang out with all the vendors.  But if you’ve yet to experience the magic that is The Music Camp, here’s a little orientation for ya!  Come see us!

Here’s a heads-up on some upcoming TV spots concerning our upcoming 4TH ANNUAL SPARTANBURG MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL – A GREENFIELD EXCURSION REUNION:

September 3rd, 2014 @ 11am,  Studio62 (Channel 62, or Local Charter channel 9}. with one band from the festival to be featured! TBD

September 4th, 2014 @ 10am.  (Local Your Carolina channel 7.)  One of the bands will also be featured! TBD

Channel 62 can be viewed on Charter Cable channel 9, everywhere else it’s Channel 62.

Make sure you’re tuned in!

4th Annual Spartanburg Music & Arts Festival – A Greenfield Excursion Reunion

WE’RE DOING IT AGAIN!   Join us at The Music Camp over the weekend of September 5-6, 2014 as we celebrate regional music, art and food with the band that made The Music Camp possible–Greenfield Excursion!

Gate Opens FRI at 5pm and SAT at 10am FIRM!

Parking and Primitive Camping are free with paid admission donation!  Bring a tent, chairs, tarps, ropes, bedding, flashlights, coolers, water, soft drinks, rain poncho, warm clothing, old shoes, towels, umbrellas, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, trash bags, cigarette cans, etc. Fire permitted in fire rings only; wood is not supplied. No loud generators. It may be hot during the day and cold at night–be prepared!

Music Circles: Bring your acoustic instruments and jam with friends old and new, any time there is no music on stage.

From I-85 North towards Gaffney take Exit 80, Gossett Road.  Turn right.  Turn left opposite the Hot Spot onto Abbott Lane.  LOOK FOR THE DETOUR SIGNS!  Take the first right onto Enola Station Road.  Left at the stop sign onto Bennett Dairy Road.  Left at the next stop sign.  Take the next left onto Conway Black Road.  Turn right onto Childress Road – The Music Camp is straight ahead!

From Spartanburg’s East Side (with no detours): Take 29 (E Main St Extended) OR Cannon’s Campground Rd North toward Cowpens. Turn left on Old Converse Rd. Turn right on Bud Arthur Bridge Rd. Turn left on Conway Black Rd. Turn right on Childress Rd. Camp is at end of Childress Rd.
